For Deo Sit Gloria, the goal was to create a brand identity that combines elegance with spiritual depth, reflecting the publisher's mission of blending faith, intellectual inquiry, and holistic well-being.
I designed a semi-custom wordmark with custom flourishes on certain letters to highlight the brand’s sophisticated yet approachable tone. The logomark is a gate symbol inspired by Psalm 91, representing protection and the act of "entering in" to the journey of learning and growth. This combination of elements communicates both spiritual refuge and intellectual progression, establishing a brand that invites exploration while maintaining a deep reverence for faith and knowledge.
